Ingredients
- 2 slices of arnold Potato bread, toasted
- 2 slices Swiss cheese
- 4 thin slices ham
- 4 slices dill pickle
- 4 thin slices hot capicola
- 4 spinach leaves
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Build sandwich. Layer 1 slice of cheese, ham, pickle slices, hot capicola, spinach leaves and second slice of cheese between 2 slices of bread.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of butter on top bread slice.
- Heat a panini press.
- Place sandwich, butter side down, on hot press.
- Carefully spread remaining tablespoon of butter on top bread slice before closing panini press lid.
- Cook until cheese is melted and bread is golden brown.
