Ingredients
- 2 slices of arnold Healthy Multi-grain bread
- 1 cup plain low-fat Greek Yogurt
- 1 package of Blackberries
- 1 jar of Fig Jam
- 1 package of fresh or dried figs
- 1 tsp of raw honey
Instructions
- Slice your bread into the desired square or rectangle shape
- Spread a light amount of fig jam on each slice of bread
- In a toaster oven, toast bread for 5 minutes; or until the jam is lightly bubbling (If using a conventional oven: heat oven to 200 degrees and toast bread for 3 minutes; or until the jam is lightly bubbling)
- Remove from oven and let cool for 60 seconds
- Add a tablespoon of low-fat Greek Yogurt to the slices of toast (do not spread)
- Wash and halve figs and blackberries
- Top toast with desired amount of fruit
- Drizzle toast with desired amount of honey
- Enjoy!
