Grilled Grape & Burrata Crostini

Ingredientes

  • 2 slices of Arnold Oatmeal bread
  • 4-5 red grapes
  • 4-5 green grapes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Burrata cheese
  • 2 small sprigs rosemary
  • Special Tools: Skewars

Direcciones

  1. Place grapes on skewers and brush lightly with olive oil to prevent from sticking to the grill.
  2. Grill grapes until they begin to expand and pop slightly.
  3. Lightly toast the bread and spread with Burrata.
  4. Arrange grilled grapes on top and sprinkle with rosemary.
