Old World Almond and Fig Sandwich

Ingredients (1 Sandwich)
2 tbsp. almond butter
3 figs, quartered
1/2 apple, thinly sliced
2 tbsp. coconut nectar
2 tbsp. pumpkin seeds

Spread 1 tbsp. of almond butter on each slice of bread. On one slice of bread, evenly place figs. On the other slice of bread, place apple slices. Drizzle each slice with coconut nectar. Sprinkle with the pumpkin seeds. Put both slices together and enjoy.
