BLAST - Bacon, Lettuce, Avocado, Salmon and Tomato Sandwich

Ingredients (1 serving)
1/2 oz. low fat mayonnaise
2 oz. smoked salmon, sliced
1-2 slices fresh ripe tomato, thickly cut
2 slices bacon, crispy
1/4 avocado, sliced
1-2 leaves butter lettuce
Directions 

Toast two slices of bread. On one slice of bread, spread mayonnaise. On the other slice of bread, place avocado slices and layer with bacon, tomato, lettuce, and salmon. Press together and enjoy!
